Fired Up Cantina Kitchen is owned and run by Noah — built from years of hard work, hands-on experience and a genuine love of bold, fresh food.
Noah spent the last three years working across The Doghouse Selby and Dough Outta Carlton, developing their skills and perfecting their craft. At Dough Outta Carlton, the focus was fresh, made-from-scratch pizza, while working in the kitchen at The Doghouse gave Noah the opportunity to help develop the street food and burgers regulars know and love.
When the opportunity came to take over the kitchen and turn it into a micro-business of their own, Noah took it with both hands. Fired Up Cantina Kitchen was born — a brand built around creativity, big flavour and doing things properly.
Since then, Fired Up has continued experimenting with new flavours, ideas and techniques, with a bigger and better menu always evolving.
